Project Name: Countrywide 5G Network, Pinal County Broadband Final Mile Project
Location: 32 Towers, 300+mile fiber-optic networkABOUT THIS PROJECTDescription: Originally conceived to bridge the digital divide for students during the shift to remote learning, this project has evolved into a massive infrastructure initiative to provide reliable high-speed 5G and wireless connectivity to rural areas of Pinal County. By leveraging excess capacity from the county’s E-Rate funded fiber network—which already connects schools and libraries—the “Final Mile” project installs towers to deliver dependable internet directly to homes, businesses, and public safety sectors.
