D.R. Horton

Expansion of the Arizona office for D.R. Horton, one of the United States premier home builders. An exquisite commercial property, managed by CBRE, the tenant improvement consisted of the demolition and renovation of an existing space within the same building as D.R. Horton’s current office space. Renovation of the 4,188 square-foot office space included demolition, metal framing, drywall, electrical, HVAC, fire sprinklers, fire alarm, paint, flooring, acoustic grid and tile, millwork, open office workstations, and finishes. This was the second project of similar scope that Doege Development completed on this property for CBRE.

D.R. Horton, the country’s largest homebuilder, put their trust in Doege Development to renovate their corporate offices in Scottsdale, Arizona. We had a great time working alongside representatives of a fellow construction firm to help make their offices more suitable for their needs. As with all tenant improvement projects, our job is not done until the client is 100% satisfied and then some!
