Miss Kitty’s Steakhouse

PROJECT DETAILS

  • Project Name: Miss Kitty’s Steakhouse
  • Location: Williams, Arizona

ABOUT THIS PROJECT

Description: The renovation of Miss Kitty’s Steakhouse included a complete kitchen rebuild with new finishes and fixtures, expanded dining areas, renovated restrooms, and the addition of a new bar. The bar features plastered walls, a custom all-oakwood bar with brass countertops, and a hand-crafted tile back wall, creating a warm and refined dining experience.

Site & Exterior Improvements

The exterior scope included full demolition of the existing parking lots, followed by site-wide excavation, grading, and construction of new paved parking areas. The site was extensively landscaped with over 900 plants and trees, more than 100 natural Arizona boulders, and a variety of outdoor amenities.

New exterior features include an oyster-shell bocce ball court, outdoor fireplace, custom colored concrete walkways, and a front seating area for restaurant guests. A natural playground was also constructed using hand-cut and finished climbing and seating logs, along with Sedona red moss stone pavers.

The existing pool, jacuzzi, and deck were fully demolished and rebuilt, incorporating a custom Corten steel pool fence to complement the overall design aesthetic.

Project Delivery

Despite the scale and complexity of the renovation, the project was successfully completed within one year, delivering a fully transformed hospitality destination that blends modern amenities with Route 66 character.
