ABOUT THIS PROJECT

Description: The Avondale Moose Lodge Clubhouse is a ground-up, multi-purpose lodge facility constructed to serve as the new home for Moose Lodge member meetings, social gatherings, and community events.

The original Moose Lodge building was acquired and demolished by the Arizona Department of Transportation as part of the State Route 303 freeway improvements, requiring the development of a completely new replacement facility.

The new clubhouse consists of a 6,600 square foot, multi-level prefabricated metal building designed for flexibility and durability. The interior floorplan includes a full-service bar and restaurant, a large meeting hall, dedicated office spaces, a second level mezzanine and support areas to accommodate a wide range of member functions and events.

An outdoor patio seating area was incorporated to extend the usable space and provide additional gathering areas for members.

The project included all associated infrastructure improvements, site development, and landscaping, delivering a fully functional and self-contained facility. Work included utilities, grading, hardscape, and exterior improvements necessary to support the new building and its operations.

Completed as a turnkey ground-up construction project, the Avondale Moose Lodge Clubhouse provides a modern, purpose-built facility that restores a vital community gathering place while meeting current building codes and operational needs.
